Izakaya Rin is a Japanese restaurant and bar located in Caroline Springs, Melbourne, bringing the warmth and spirit of traditional izakaya dining to Melbourne’s west.

Inspired by the small, welcoming bars found on the backstreets of Tokyo and Osaka, Izakaya Rin was built around the idea that great food and drink should feel effortless. The name Rin reflects clarity, elegance, and a quiet confidence — values that run through everything we do, from the plates we serve to the drinks we pour.
